I have more than 11 years of experience working at Ponsse, previously in communications, marketing and sales, and now in Global IT. Currently I am working with digital user experience and sales systems development.
With the digital user experience, I enable capabilities to create a unified customer experience in digital services for Ponsse. In this job, I work extensively with different departments and people to define Ponsse’s future digital services with processes and business requirements. Also offering tools to design and develop Ponsse's user interfaces are one of my responsibilities.
In the development of sales systems, we unify tools and processes in the digital transformation. Salesforce and CPQ and their combination are key words in this development.
